Chill Gleam Han sword
晗光 · 汉剑
“君子无争,晗光无形,坐忘无心。”
”A true gentleman lacks the desire to compete for fame and personal gain; the radiance of the Hanguang Sword is intangible and without a trace; while meditation sitting in a state of forgetfulness.”
Han Jian serves as both a weapon and a ceremonial object.
Han Guang Han Jian is a 1:1 replica based on an antique Han Jian, featuring the typical eight-sided blade design of the Han Dynasty. The name "晗" carries the meaning of optimism, open-mindedness, and a bright future. It represents the anticipation of a new day and the hope it brings. The character "光" symbolizes remarkable achievements, vitality, and prosperity.
The homophonic pronunciation of "晗光" resembles "寒光"(chill gleam), and as the saying goes, "剑气纵横三万里,一剑光寒十九洲"(The sword energy spans thirty thousand miles; its chill gleam encompasses nineteen continents). With the addition of a solid wood scabbard, it embodies the essence of a Han Jian, which is "simple and unadorned when sheathed, yet sharp and striking when unsheathed." Furthermore, the name "晗光" resonates with our other Han Jian project, "蕴光."
